is maintained 24 Hours.
Our Web Hosting Servers operate a world-class data center
built with redundant systems, diverse fiber entrances and
isolated power distribution to give our customers the utmost in
security and reliability. It's protected against the unlikely occurrence
of complete power failure by 80-minute backup batteries (against
an industry standard of 20 minutes).
To guard against line failure or intrusion, the data center
is staffed 24 hours a day and monitored by a comprehensive
security system incorporating biometric hand-scanning for
strict access control. No public access is permitted under
any circumstances. The data center includes 24-hour HVAC
with redundant chillers to maintain an optimal computer
server environment
We have daily tape back up for Data Security.
We operate a Cisco powered Network with BGP4 Routing,
(Border Gate Protocol) for best results routing. Our entirely
switched, Cisco powered network employs Cisco 12000 GSR
and 7500 class routers running HSRP (N+1 hot fail over)
to ensure that data can be routed even in the event of a
router fail over. The BGP4 protocol is a standard that allows
for the evaluation of each packet of information sent out
from our Network. Each packet of information is evaluated
and sent over the fastest route possible. Because of our
redundant network architecture, packets may be sent via
alternative routes even if they are being delivered to the
same end user! This also allows for packets to be redirected
via another route if network congestion on the public Internet
becomes overwhelming
The Network currently operates at less than 40%
capacity during peak hours. This allows for us to accommodate even
the largest spikes in traffic that are often associated with the
most popular web sites. We are always adding network connectivity
and new routes in an effort to make sure content is delivered to
your users as efficiently as possible .
